During this class we will deepen the connection to ourselves by practicing awareness through movement and breath. We will strengthen our bodies, practice breathing, meditating and relaxing with our babies together. You can take part in this class beginning from 8 weeks on postpartum.
In the second part of the mini-retreat we will gather around some nourishing snacks and enjoy the exchange with like-minded moms.


About: Toni is Advanced certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and Khalsa Way Pre-und Postnatal Yoga Teacher. She is Living in Berlin with her 3 sons and Husband and teaching at different studios for more than 8 years. She has studied Yoga with Sharon Gannon and David Life, Yogeswari, Gurmukh and many renowned Berlin based teachers.

Mini-Retreat: Yoga & Mother Circle

  • The event consists out of two parts. In the first part we will enjoy the Khalsa Way Postnatal Yoga by Toni (60 mins). The second part will be about connecting with the other moms and their babies while enjoying some nourishing snacks and tea (60 mins). Our mini retreat gives you the chance to connect to yourself but also to start a community with like-minded moms.
